Privacy Notice
Last updated 27 October 2026 · Shah Living LLP (SECUREX), Kantabanji, Balangir district, Odisha
This notice explains what personal data we collect through shahinterio.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules notified on 14 November 2025.
Who is responsible
Shah Living LLP (LLPIN ACM-1673, GSTIN 21AFNFS7442G1ZV) is the Data Fiduciary for the data described here. Our manufacturing unit is at Plot No. 476/3473, Khata No. 218/895, Bangomunda Road, Kukudahad, near FCI Godown, Kantabanji, Balangir, Odisha 767039, India.
What we collect, and why
| Support form (/support/) |
Shop or business name, city, phone number, your message, and any
photos, videos or voice notes you attach. Why: to identify your product, understand the problem and resolve your complaint or enquiry. |
|---|---|
| Contact form | Name, email address, phone number and your message. Why: to reply to your enquiry. This form does not store anything on our website — it opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send. |
| Product enquiry forms | The product and the requirement details you type. Why: to quote for your requirement. These also open WhatsApp rather than storing anything here. |
We ask for nothing beyond what is needed to answer you. We do not ask for identity documents, payment details or any sensitive personal information through this website.
Tracking: we do not
This website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We do not profile you, we do not follow you across other websites, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Fonts and two code libraries load from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which receive your IP address as part of serving those files, as they would on most websites.
Where your data goes
- Support form submissions are stored in our own Google Workspace account — Google Drive for the files you attach, Google Sheets for the ticket details.
- Contact and enquiry messages arrive as WhatsApp messages on our business number, +91 91795 39610.
- Our website is hosted by Vercel, and product information is stored with Supabase. Neither holds the personal data you submit through the forms above.
How long we keep it
- Support tickets and attachments: two years after the complaint or enquiry is closed, then deleted.
- WhatsApp conversations: for as long as the chat remains on our business phone. You can ask us to delete a conversation at any time.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you and what we have done with it.
- Correct anything inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Erase your data, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for or to meet a legal requirement.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing it does not undo anything done before you withdrew it, and we may be unable to continue handling an open complaint without the details it relies on.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to act.
How to ask, and how to complain
Write to office@shahinterio.com, or call +91 91795 39610. Please tell us what you are asking for and give us enough detail to find your record — usually the phone number you used.
We aim to answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us at the address above and we will delete it.
Keeping it safe
The website is served only over HTTPS. Our product database refuses changes from anyone who is not signed in to our own admin account, and sign-ups to that system are closed. The Google account holding support tickets is access-controlled. No system is perfect; if a breach occurs that affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the DPDP Act requires.
Changes to this notice
If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Most of the DPDP Act's obligations take effect on 13 May 2027, and we will keep this notice current as the rules come into force.
